
Dozens of mini-market situated in the region of North Badung allegedly pocketed no operating permit in the form of business license sales [SIUP]. Though mini market franchise that now flourishing in the region has been operating since last few months.
According to former members of the Badung DPRD were mostly small traders, retailers complained about rampant mini market which is now flourishing in the region. Even small traders in the Village and Village Sibang Kaja admitted decreased turnover of up to 60 percent.
